How PackLink Breaks Work
Grab a numbered spot in any break. When it sells out, teams get randomized and we open the product live on Discord.

The Break Process
Join the PackLink Discord
You need to be in the PackLink Discord server to buy spots. You also need an ePack account since that is where your cards land.
Pick Your Spot Numbers
Grab whatever open spot numbers you want. Every break shows how many spots come with each purchase and how many are still open, updated live.
Pay Instantly with PayPal
The price you see is the full price in USD. No hidden fees, no shipping, no address. This is all digital so nothing gets mailed to you.
Watch the Break Live
Breaks open live in Discord after all spots sell. No fixed sellout-to-opening deadline is published; contact the host before purchase if you need a particular opening date. Team random breaks use a live draw after filling.
Get Your Cards Digitally
Every card pulled for your team goes to you, including digital base. ePack transfers are sent within 24 hours after the break completes; we aim for 1–2 hours depending on workload. You must accept the trade to complete delivery. Nothing is mailed.

Paid spots are committed to the break. Voluntary refunds or exchanges are not offered. These terms do not exclude refunds or remedies required by applicable law, or your right to use a payment-provider dispute process.
Digital product only
You are not buying anything physical. Every card from the break gets delivered through ePack. We never ask for a shipping address.
Discord membership required
Discord membership is required to participate in breaks. If you lose server access, email the host to arrange communication about your paid spots and cards. Support and external dispute rights remain available outside Discord.
Breaks run only when full
A break opens only once every spot is sold. If it does not fill, remaining spots may be discounted until it fills, or credit may be offered for a future break. No voluntary refund is offered for an unfilled break, subject to applicable legal rights. No unfilled-break cutoff is currently published.
Team random assignment
For team random breaks, NHL teams get assigned to spot numbers randomly after the break fills. I run the randomizer live in Discord and post the results in a channel so everyone can see.
PayPal only
Break payments go through PayPal. PayPal and card-provider dispute eligibility and deadlines are governed by those providers; these rules do not override them. PackLink+ subscriptions are separately processed through Whop.
Instant payment required
PayPal is set to instant funding only. Bank transfers and eChecks get rejected at checkout, so use a card or your PayPal balance. Your spot is not confirmed until the payment clears.
Spot limits and bundling
Each break shows how many spots you get per purchase and if there is a per buyer limit. You have to buy the exact bundle size listed. Partial bundles are not a thing.
Reservation window
When you pick spots and start PayPal checkout those spots get held for you for a bit. If the payment fails or you bail, the spots might go back up for grabs.
Host's right to cancel
Technical or payment problems may delay or cancel a break. Email the host for its status and proposed resolution in writing. Your applicable legal remedies and payment-provider dispute rights remain unaffected.
Accurate information
Use accurate checkout and ePack details so your order and transfers can be matched correctly. Contact support promptly if anything needs correcting or a transfer has not arrived.
No resale of spots
Spots are not transferable unless I say so. Selling or trading your spot to someone else without asking can void your entry.
Behavior and disputes
Server moderation may restrict Discord access, but email complaints remain available. Poole reviews complaints, including those about himself; there is no independent internal reviewer. Internal decisions do not prevent external disputes or statutory remedies. See Support & Complaints for the process.
