Terms of Sale & Group Breaks

PACKLINK is an independent ePack group-break service operated by Poole, not an incorporated company. Read these terms and the specific break listing before purchasing. Contact e-packers@email.com with questions.

Your purchase & agreement

By completing a spot purchase, you agree to these terms and the format, products, quantities, prices, bundle size, spot limits and exclusions disclosed in that break’s listing at purchase. Keep your receipt and a copy of the listing and terms. Material changes to these terms apply to future purchases, not retrospectively to a completed order.

A spot is participation in the listed group break and entitlement to cards allocated to that spot under its stated format. It is not a purchase of a particular card, investment, promise of profit or guarantee of a card’s condition, grade or value. Promotional product images do not promise the cards you will receive.

Break prices and PayPal payments are in USD. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or its own charges. Payment must complete before a paid spot is confirmed; an incomplete or cancelled checkout is not a confirmed purchase.

Eligibility & account details

You must have legal capacity to enter the purchase and comply with applicable laws and the relevant service providers’ eligibility rules. Discord membership and an active Upper Deck ePack account are required for break participation and delivery. Supply accurate name, email and ePack account details; contact support promptly to correct mistakes. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.

Losing Discord access does not erase your paid order, card entitlement or right to complain. Email support to arrange communication and fulfilment. Spots may not be resold or transferred without the host’s agreement.

Assignments & no guaranteed hits

For team-random breaks, teams are assigned randomly to spot numbers after the break fills, with the draw shown live in Discord and assignment results posted there. For pick-your-team or another listed format, the listing’s allocation rules apply instead; not every purchase uses a random team assignment. Disclosed excluded teams are not included.

You receive cards allocated to your spot under those rules, including digital base cards where applicable. A team or spot may receive no cards. If your allocation contains zero cards, there is no card transfer and no voluntary refund solely because you received no cards or disliked their value. Mandatory legal remedies and payment-provider dispute rights still apply.

Assignments are intended to be final once the draw is completed. This does not prevent investigation or correction of a documented error, fraud or failure to follow the disclosed rules. Contact support about an ambiguous or incorrect allocation rather than assuming a rule that was not stated in the listing.

Opening, unfilled breaks & cancellations

Breaks open live in Discord only after all spots sell. No fixed sellout-to-opening deadline or unfilled-break cutoff has been published. An unscheduled break is not a promise of an immediate opening; contact the host before purchasing if you require a particular date.

Paid spots are committed to the break. Voluntary refunds or exchanges are not offered. If a break does not fill, remaining spots may be discounted until it fills, or credit may be offered for a future break; no voluntary refund is offered for an unfilled break. A later discount does not itself promise a price adjustment for an earlier purchase.

Technical, payment or third-party service problems may delay or cancel a break. Contact support for the status and proposed resolution in writing. Cancellation or non-delivery is not treated as successful fulfilment, and a credit-only or no-voluntary-refund policy does not override any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Digital transfers & delivery

PACKLINK delivery is through Upper Deck ePack; nothing is physically mailed by PACKLINK. Physical-card redemption, if available, is a separate transaction with ePack under its rules and charges.

We aim to send card transfers within 1–2 hours after the break completes, depending on workload. Transfers must be sent within 24 hours after completion. This is the sending deadline, not a deadline for you to accept the trade. Check your ePack account and accept the trade to complete delivery.

Contact support immediately if the recipient is incorrect, cards are missing, a trade cannot be accepted or no transfer has been sent within 24 hours. Sending a trade does not waive a claim for incorrect or incomplete fulfilment. Receipts, draw results and transfer records help establish what was ordered and delivered; they do not automatically decide a dispute.

Third-party services & responsibility

PayPal processes break payments; Discord provides membership and live-break communication; Upper Deck ePack operates card accounts and trades. Their own terms, availability and dispute procedures also apply. PackLink+ subscriptions are separately purchased through Whop and governed by the subscription offer and applicable Whop terms; a break purchase does not purchase a subscription.

PACKLINK cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party service or future card values. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PACKLINK does not accept responsibility for speculative investment returns or indirect losses caused solely by third-party outages. This does not excuse PACKLINK’s own fulfilment obligations or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Independent service & intellectual property

PACKLINK is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NHL, NHLPA, any NHL team, The Upper Deck Company or Upper Deck ePack. Team names, logos, product names, card designs and other third-party marks and artwork belong to their respective owners. References identify teams and products involved in the hobby service, not an official partnership or licence.

This notice does not grant PACKLINK or visitors permission to reproduce third-party logos, photographs or artwork. Availability of an image online is not permission to reuse it. If you are a rights holder with a concern, email e-packers@email.com with the page URL, the material concerned and information identifying your rights.

Complaints, privacy & legal rights

Email e-packers@email.com with the Break ID, receipt, issue and requested outcome. Poole handles complaints, including those about himself; there is no independent internal reviewer. The Support & Complaints page documents the process and external options. No fixed complaint-response deadline has been published.

You may use an eligible PayPal or card-provider dispute process, contact a consumer-protection authority or seek independent legal advice. Do not miss an external deadline while waiting for an internal response. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer protections, bind an external reviewer or require you to resolve a complaint only through Discord.

Applicable mandatory consumer law and your available statutory forum rights remain unaffected; no exclusive governing province or court is designated here. If a term is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent legally permitted, without removing your other rights. See the Privacy Notice for collection, purposes, sharing and privacy requests.
